Web application development

Custom web applications and dashboards built around how your business works.

When spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and off-the-shelf tools stop keeping up, a custom web application can put your process in one place. We build full-stack apps with real state, authentication, dashboards and APIs.

What we build

  • Admin dashboards & internal tools

Back-office screens for the records, approvals and reports your team uses every day.

  • Client & partner portals

Authenticated areas where customers or partners log in to see their own data, with access control per role.

  • Document generation

Quotations, invoices, contracts and reports generated as PDFs from the data you already enter.

  • API integrations

Connecting payment providers, CRMs, messaging and other services so data moves without copy-paste.

  • Databases & migrations

Data models designed for your process, and custom migrations when you move off an older system.

  • Performance architecture

Fast interfaces and sensible infrastructure, so the tool stays quick as your data grows.

Proof, not promises

We run our own studio on software we built

TheBombayCoder's internal admin is a custom Next.js application: password-protected, with forms that generate quotations, invoices, proposals, contracts, NDAs, timelines and change requests as branded PDFs. It's the same kind of tool we build for clients — shaped around a real workflow instead of a generic template.

How it works

No black box.

You see progress every week and approve every step. The full five-stage process is on the home page.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map the workflow, users, roles and data before proposing anything, then send a written scope and fixed quote.

  2. 02

    Architecture & screens

Data model, permissions and key screens agreed up front, so the build doesn't drift.

  3. 03

    Iterative build

Weekly staging links with working features you can click through and test with your team.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

Deployment, data migration where needed, and documentation — then optional ongoing support.

Pricing

A fixed quote before any work begins.

Web applications are scoped per project under our High-End tier. After a discovery call we send a fixed quote against a written scope, so the price doesn't move with the hours. Most applications take 6–8 weeks or more, depending on scope.

FAQ

Common questions

How is a web application different from a website?

A website mostly presents information. A web application lets people do work — log in, enter and change data, follow a process, generate documents — with rules about who can see and change what.

How long does a custom web application take?

Typically 6–8 weeks or more, depending on the number of roles, screens and integrations. You get milestones in the written scope before work begins.

Can you connect it to the tools we already use?

Usually, yes — if a tool has an API, we can integrate with it. We confirm each integration during discovery, before quoting.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes a 30-day bug-fix window. After that, optional maintenance covers updates and improvements, or we hand over documentation so your team can run it.
